CurrentCollaborate with city health officials to implement program activities and lead gap analysis meetings with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Organize fixed-day family planning services and ensure data quality by reviewing HMIS data. Train government officials and ASHAs on family planning supply chain management and advocate for additional resources from the NUHM cell. Conduct review meetings to monitor program progress, integrate family planning into the city's implementation plan, and evaluate UPHC performance. Strengthen private sector partnerships, train stakeholders on high-impact strategies, mentor ASHAs and ANMs, coordinate BCC activities, and conduct quality improvement visits. Oversee financial activities and recruit and train personnel for effective program implementation.
