Customer Service · Service Delivery · Service Delivery Management · Client Relations · Client Services · Employee Training · Transportation · Vehicle Tracking · GPS Tracking · Progress Tracking · Data Tracking · Odoo · Dhl · Aramco driving rules training · Logistics Management · Client Coordination · Dispatching · Import Export · Communication · Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Roles and Responsiblities:• Responsible for receiving receipts from drivers and refund their money.• Responsible for refill money in PETRO apps.• Monitoring the expenses of diesel usage of trucks and pickups.• Providing extra trip allowance for LB, LLB, HLLB drivers.• Monitoring the expiry date of periodical inspection of light and heavy vehicles and providing money to complete MVPI• Sort out the issue of reasonable salary deduction for drivers.• Estimating the expenses of client equipment damage.• Responsible for issuing and updating the Aramco ID for all drivers and Aramco sticker for truck.• Preparing PO for receipts by using Odoo and getting approval from management• Preparing PO and SO for the shipment delivery by using Odoo and forward to financial department.• Preparing PO for book SLB medical and eye test for license by using Odoo.• Updating delivery status through DHL about collection time, depart collection point, delivery on time, depart delivery point and cost ok.• Issuing check load securement and check list for the trucks to driver and following up with drivers daily.• Conduct monthly training management meetings, responsible for all kinds of training for workers and drivers• Overseeing all supply chain operations.• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.• Plan delivery routes.• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.• Ensure to dispatch all company drivers and etc.....
