Being an integral member of the companies senior management team, I was General Manager for the Irish operation which included managing all aspects of our Irish business.This included a Direct sales force in excess of 200 people spread throughout Ireland who were responsible for sales of our Life Assurance product range. I was also responsible for 10 different offices located around the country plus our Head office in Dublin and all areas of administration including IT, Management, Underwriting, Operations, Training and Customer Service.At the same time I was also Head of Sales & Marketing of the UK operation, which included another 300 plus life assurance salespeople and managers throughout the UK spread through of 15 Regional offices.

I was responsible for building, training, coaching and managing a team of Sales and Collection Agents to ensure business and company objectives were achieved.

I worked with a network of TSB Banks throughout London to promote and manage the Sales of Life and Pensions products through the TSB Bank branch network.

I built, developed, coached and managed a team of over 30 sales consultants throughout the north east of London.
