• Team management• Complete project execution• Structuring time carefully to meet / exceed deadlines• Worked on several studies for single and multiple markets on several types of tab analysis requests• Used statistical packages to analyze the results of processed data such as: Quantum, Quanvert, Wincross, SPSS and Uncle group tool• Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests• Working on multi projects of data tabulation such as, Concept test, Product test, brand studies, customer behavior studies, tracking studies and a lot more• Cross check the data for online survey programming and face to face interview studies, which include the writing of data validation, data structure, data modification and scripting syntaxes• Training the team for all kind of training activities such as planning, scheduling & tracking, and training for new recruits as in service employees• Handling queries and developing the analysis framework for the data collected from consumers/ end-users in various product categories• Experience of working on tab analysis projects of varied complexities for multiple clients with their respective standards• Data Validation and cleansing• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time• Ability to work with different data types (SPSS, Fixed ASCII, Card column, Level data, Binary data, Delimited files etc.)• Estimation, cost quoting each project and final invoicing
