• Conducted public health survey of stone quarry Adivasi workers(as well as their family members) of Panna district, Madhya Pradesh employing qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Conducted field research to map the nutritional practices of the community and make a compilation of their food recipes, that was later published as a book by the organisation.• Engaged in biodiversity mapping using participatory action research methods.

• Secondary research to develop the eco-tourism project of Dang, Gujarat as a livelihood initiative. Thisinvolved reviewing PESA, as well as Gujarat’s eco-tourism policies. • Developing communication strategies to create legal awareness on ground and creation of material forcampaigns on social justice and legal issues.• Responsible for social media channels and other communication needs including annual reportcompilation, outreach and partnership.

• End to end project implementation of Jiyo Kaushal Prayogshala, a rural sustainable livelihoods initiativefor artisans. This included documentation, monitoring and evaluation on ground, talent hunts tomap and position skills, organising annual outreach events, liaising with local government agencies/NGOs and coordination with partners.• Provided additional handholding support to the World Bank-Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF)project Jiyo in all clusters of Jharkhand, primarily in Gumla and Hazaribagh distrcits of Jharkhand.

▪ Project: The Asian Heritage Foundation (AHF) is implementing a grant project titled “Creating Inclusive Business Models for Marginalized Tribal Communities in Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand(P145419)” funded by the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF) and monitored by the World Bank.Key Responsibilities:• Assist the field specialist in the implementation of project activities at the state level (Jharkhand) tosteer the program and provide technical assistance to clusters.• Point of contact for AHF, State partners, Deputy Commissioner’s office and other stakeholders at thestate level to maintain regular communication and pursue possibilities for collaboration.• Assist in formation of production groups and support in setting up of cluster/CFC, diagnosis of cluster and identification of the pain points.• Assist the Project Team in developing training and learning methodologies, and facilitate trainingworkshops at AHF and in the clusters on field.• Execution of workshops, production, documentation, reporting, monitoring evaluation and otherassignments arising in connection to the Jiyo project in consultation with the Project Lead.

▪ Project: Sign My Tour (Android Application) -A self-sustained guide that helps deaf people toexplore historical sites of Delhi.▪ Deafcom is technological start-up making information accessible to Deaf in Indian Sign Language.▪ Responsibilities: Review shooting script and understanding the team's need and specification, accordingly providing original photographs of monuments after retouching and Enhancing.

▪ Selected as representative from India by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Republic of Indonesia with other 59 representatives from 40 different countries.▪ Since 2003, 718 awardees from 60 countries (Asia, Europe, Pacific, America and Africa).▪ IACS is three and half month residential scholarship to learn traditional arts, culture and local wisdom of Indonesia, to understand cultural diversity among participants.▪ Placed in Tydif Studio, Surabaya with 11 other awardees from different countries to learn East Java arts and culture, the program ends with our group performance called “Indonesian channel” in Jakarta.▪ Studied traditional dance, Gamelan Music, Batik Craft, Indonesian language and Film.
