The Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of waste management systems, including waste collection, recycling, transportation, and disposal. This role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key duties include:Supervising daily waste management operations to meet service and environmental standards.Developing and implementing policies to enhance recycling and waste reduction.Managing budgets, analyzing financial and operational data, and ensuring cost-effective operations.Leading teams, providing training, and fostering a safe working environment.Coordinating with government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders to address waste management needs.Conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and implementing corrective measures.Addressing public concerns and promoting community education on sustainable waste practices.
