I was accountable of providing inputs on RFP to multiple clients on establishing TCOE/QCOE and presented TCOE capabilities and solution to multiple clients. My responsibility was to conduct process test assessments for the clients and also evaluated current state of testing practices and determined the desired future state also presented a roadmap.I was liable for analyzing the metrics and improve the process maturity of the project; in charge of enhancing the current SCORE Methodology TM based on the implementation experiences for various testing clients.
