Developed job descriptions with qualifications on Six Sigma job family positions, bench-marked job summaries to market data in collaboration with the corporate compensation team. Analyzed titles and compensation for Black belts, Master Black Belts, Lean Sensei, Directors and VPs. Developed executive briefing and obtained HR leadership approval to implement total rewards compensation design for Six Sigma. Resulted in standardized business titles, reduced variation of business titles from 49 to 10, bench-marked market data and established compensation guidelines for business units and Lean Sensei position. Guidelines used by business unit HR Business Partners and Compensation Directors.
