I'm Prem Menon, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience spanning consumer durables, automotive, telecom, and technology industries. I've had the privilege of working with respected organizations like Usha, MRF Tyres, BPL Mobile, Airtel, and Tata DoCoMo, where I've built successful businesses and driven significant growth. My journey has been enriched by collaborating with an incredible network of colleagues, clients, and industry partners, from whom I've gained invaluable insights.Throughout my career, I’ve honed expertise in designing and implementing winning strategies, aligning organizational goals, and leading high-performing teams to exceed targets consistently. My tenure with the Tata Group was especially impactful, where I embraced their values and served as an Ethics Counselor, deepening my commitment to ethical leadership.At 50, I embarked on a new chapter by co-founding Vi-works Ventures, aimed at empowering organizations to achieve their growth ambitions. After exiting in 2019, I joined Neoffice Software, a SaaS technology startup, to focus on product management and growth strategies.
