Honestly, I do anticipate potential areas of weakness in my litigative facets that must be fortified against and earnestly endeavour to spot points of weakness in my adversaries’ cases, distilling the facts and situations, evaluating legal strategies, in accord with the clients’ need. Am well cognizant of the fact that law is never an abstract practice. Irrelevant of how well, one does academically, at the end of the day, as a lawyer, I do work with people, on behalf of people and any verdict affect the people’s lives. I do believe that desired outcomes are a result of the personable and persuasive conduct of the litigations or even by reaching a favourable negotiation with the adversary as an alternative dispute resolution mode. Needless to mention that perseverance is not a long race, but many short races, one after the other.
