Have worked with PepsiCo on a project in HR (Talent Development) “Breakthrough Workshop Design & Development”The project involved Co-ordination and collection of data on women workforce across various departments of PepsiCo, setting a framework to evaluate this data to breakthrough common identified barriers that women encounter in workplace and finding insights through various lenses.

After doing a live project with MakeMyTrip, have interned with the same organisation and worked on the Project: Quality Assurance and Control- Holiday Expert Communication.Have designed and evaluated a quality control mechanism for development of Holiday Experts at Make My Trip. This was done by understanding the existing T&D model and subsequently devising, monitoring and evaluating tools for improvement. Application of these tools resulted in performance enhancement especially in the communication quality of 300 Holiday Experts Pan-India

Successfully completed a Live Project on: 'Comparative Analysis of Leading Travel portals operating in India in terms of quality in customer handling.'Successfully monitored and Evaluated the work quality of Holiday Experts, and accordingly assisted in framing of the guidelines for the employee (Holiday Experts) of MakeMyTrip

Interned for 2 months with Axis Mutual Fund and during that tenure worked on a Project Titled "Comparative financial analysis of Axis Mutual Fund Equity Scheme for 6 Asset Management Companies."The objective was to analyse six different Mutual Funds under two different schemes namely, Short term Fund and Liquid Fund. Various factors under consideration while deciding the best mutual fund to invest into were decided and on the basis of the analysis, the best Mutual Fund looking at the market conditions to invest in, under two different schemes was ascertained
