I also oversaw the business operations and processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality across the organization.Prior to joining LEAD School, I was a Senior General Manager, strategic initiatives at the Chairman's office, Reliance Industries. I was also a co-lead for setting up a new institution of higher education and research (Jio Institute). I led the academic program development, research initiatives, digital platforms and learning initiatives, and product/systems development for the institute.
