After years of experience in various roles and my personal lab, I’ve built a robust foundation for troubleshooting networks, devices, and implementing sound security principles. I have obtained my CompTIA Network+ certification to better grasp building out network architecture and how interconnected systems drive seamless communications securely. Having achieved the AWS 101 cloud badge and working with Azure Fundamentals, I have decided to pursue the Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification. I am also working to gain proficiency in scripting and strengthening my portfolio of hands on experience building out various cloud projects using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc. With a customer-centric approach honed through years of service, I excel at translating technical complexities into user-friendly experiences.
