Responsible for working with leaders to ensure success within two portions of our private sector business. 1. Director of Private Equity Solutions: supporting delivery teams and the Resultant Private Equity market lead in providing high-value solutions to our clients within the world of private equity. This is inclusive of solutions for private equity firms and portfolio companies. 2. ProServ Market Lead: in this market, we partner with clients to create healthy professional services firms. We do this by leveraging data & technology accelerators from our internal journey. We understand the value data brings on ProServ firms because we’ve experienced it ourselves. This applies what I've learned as a data consultant and client success leader to help a wider set of clients to grow and realize value from their data.

As a CSL, I supported a wide range of clients to ensure data was positively impacting their organizations. This was a diverse leadership role including the following key elements:1. Client leadership: served as a trusted advisor to clients to support their data-driven initiatives. Involved supporting strategic planning processes, advising on technical architecture, and ensuring initiatives provided positive value to the organization. 2. Consultant leadership: managed a team of our rockstar consultants to build them up, advocate for their growth, and ensure we continued to positively impact our clients. 3. Managing & Expanding a book of business: responsible for stewarding healthy financials across a suite of clients. 4. Supporting Technical sales: partnered with our new logo team to provide technical sales leadership in scoping and closing impactful projects. Highlights of my time in the CSL role:- Established our justice practice focusing on empowering courts across the country to leverage data as a strategic asset in effectively administering justice. This journey began in 2018 as a consultant with the Orange County Superior Court, expanded to include a national footprint, and ended in 2023 by handing it off to a couple other leaders in Resultant to continue positively impacting clients in this space.- Served in organizational leadership as Teknion was acquired by and successfully integrated into Resultant. Advocated for people to land into the new organization in such a way to serve them well, the company well, and the broader culture well. - Partnered internally to establish and begin growing a private equity practice focused on value creation through data. Stewarded early sales cycles and projects to ensure we were laser focused on value creation. - Built and continued relationships with great people at clients and within Resultant. Many of the relationships from this season originated when I was a consultant and progressed as I moved into leadership.

As a senior consultant, I provided project leadership to clients in a variety of industries, largely focusing on Pharmaceuticals, Architecture, and the Public Sector. I continued learning the skills required to support clients well, specifically digging into data warehousing via WhereScape RED and data visualization via Tableau, but also working in Alteryx, PowerBI, and Snowflake. With increased leadership on projects I had the pleasure of beginning to advise executive teams in their usage of data.

As a consultant, I became certified in Tableau as both a consultant and a trainer. I began serving clients in lower education, transportation, manufacturing, architecture, and pharmaceuticals, and grew in my soft skills and technical skills. I'm lucky to support these clients as their continued partnership is a big reason I now get to serve as a Client Success Leader at Teknion.Career highlight of this season - my face was on a wall at Tableau Conference 2016 in Austin.

My first foray into the wonderful world of Data and Analytics! I spent the summer learning the tools that I now use on a daily basis: Tableau, Alteryx, and Wherescape RED. I fell in love with all things data, and was lucky enough to receive a full-time job offer at the end of the summer.

Worked under Dr. Jason Long by holding weekly office hours to teach the week's lessons and assist students with their homework, and by grading all homework.

Lead weekly labs for the courses of Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Applied Calculus.

My first foray into the world of business. I assisted the Life Floor team as we tested the slip-resistance of prototype tiles, and organized their fragmented sales data.

Worked as both a window cleaner (not window washer) and a sales representative. Fish was the first place I experienced cold-calling.
