About Preston Stone
I live and work for the art of games. I earned a certificate in game design and a certificate in animation from Aims Community College in 2009, and earned Bachelors of art and design from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013. I worked from then until December, 2017 as a freelance illustrator for card games, RPG's, and independent video games in the fantasy sci-fi genre. I am currently a proud member of the Fantasy Flight Games art direction team.I love creating, teaching, and staying active. Creating art is my favorite and most fulfilling activity. (It's uncomfortable to not have a sketchbook on me at all times). I feel that passing on my knowledge and expertise in art is very important, so I devote much of my free time to giving art lessons to those who are driven to improve their skills. My other passion in life is staying healthy, so I like to play hockey and disc golf as much as possible.
