Core responsibilities:- Leading smaller scale projects independently- Designing research methodologies and consumer samples- Moderation of interviews and focus groups using projective techniques- Liaising with research partners across APAC to coordinate multi-market studies- Analysis of main themes and market nuances emerging from research- Synthesis into key insights and recommendations that address clients' business needs- Company development (guiding interns/new hires, writing thought pieces and cultural insights - check out @cancollectivesg on IG to see my work)Achievements:- Oversaw a seven-market project across APAC for UOB, interviewing over 150 retail and business clients, including moderating C-suite level business executives to understand their key business challenges and industry trends to find opportunities for UOB to leverage- Led research for local social enterprise Saturday Kids (who partner with Google & IMDA to offer free coding classes to underprivileged kids), identifying metrics for their social impact measurement and arriving at actionable recommendations to drive program engagement- Guided Apple’s strategy on positioning the iPad as the choice educational tool for 1:1 learning in Singapore by exploring parents and kids’ attitudes towards technology and learning
