• Plan and dispatch Installations and Faults to Field Staff to ensure all Telstra’s and their Customer’s expectations were met.
• Ensure Telstra’s Occupation Work Place Safety Procedure was always carried out.
• Make appropriate recommendations to Sales Staff in relation to Customer Premise Equipment when required.
