As the Managing Director of Insite Communications, my key focus is to engage with customers to help them address their technology challenges. There isn’t a “one size fits all” design when it comes to technology which is why working closely with our customers to deliver personalised solutions to meet their operational needs is critical. Driven by a proactive and practical approach, I take pride in looking after enterprise customers in an innovative and creative way. I enjoy the challenge of working out how to do something that has not been done before, whether it is simplex or highly complicated. I find helping customers adapt to the dynamic and evolving business technology environment extremely rewarding and strongly believe that the highest level of recognition you can achieve is by delivering for customers. As such, I work to create the best experiences possible for our team members, focusing on creating a flexible working environment and engaged people.
