“If you’re not living on the edge, you’re taking up too much space.” I found this saying in my youth and embraced it in my athletic and academic pursuits. As an adult I have continued to embrace this mantra throughout my career, pushing for understanding, innovation, and change to keep on the cutting edge. Change can be hard and scary; however, change is the only way to make improvements in anything in life. Identifying the right changes and leading them for a company allows us to improve the work environment, make processes more efficient, drive growth, and grow the company. With a desire and ability to understand and look at things differently, I enjoy leading my company in identifying and making changes to keep it on the cutting-edge. I also focus on motivating and mentoring others to embrace the same mentality as I believe a company is much stronger when it is a team working towards a common purpose.
