KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for resourcing strategy and the full end to end recruitment process for all vacancies (volume, managerial, technical, niche and professional) across 4 UK locations.Partnering with the business managers, key stakeholders and senior management team to ensure business requirements were delivered on time and within budget.Member of the new business bid team, providing strategic resourcing insight for new business bids and tenders.Managed team of 5 recruiters across the UK.ACHIEVEMENTS • Set up resourcing function from scratch including all end to end processes, assessment materials, employment compliance checks and attraction strategy• Delivered recruitment requirements within budget and on time for 4 new client campaigns (550 new hires in total during 2012)• Successfully recruited for 3 previously hard to fill senior vacancies – tri-lingual Business Account Manager, Software Solutions Manager, Dialler Manager.• Implemented streamlined end to end recruitment processes resulting in more robust and consistent approach to recruitment, enhanced candidate experience and better quality of hire.• Reduced reliance on use of recruitment agencies by 80% in first 9 months through effective use of direct sourcing strategy, and alternative sourcing opportunities such as better utilisation of part time employees.• As a result of the above, delivered cost savings of circa £110k.• Recruitment Transformation Project that delivered a new PSL into the business, providing a more consistent and cost effective approach to working with external recruitment suppliers.• Hired 25 German speaking CSR’s and support staff for new client campaign within 3 day timescale required by the client.• Implemented process to clear backlog of 300 outstanding reference requests (outside of original remit)• Introduced effective management information reporting to demonstrate how recruitment function was delivering against business and client requirements

Also accountable for on-boarding new joiners in a manner suitable for a leading media & communications company. • Line management responsibility for 3 direct reports, nationally.• Budget accountability for elements of the candidate journey up to £500KACHIEVEMENTS• Delivered RPO outsource model across the business, saving circa £2 million per annum in recruitment related costs• Designed and implemented resource planning tool for volume recruitment functions• Project managed development of internal jobs board within I Grasp, bringing all recruitment activity under one technology platform, saving circa £150K in software licence costs, and integrating all recruitment activity into one dedicated platform.• Project managed review of all contact centre assessment tools, introducing SJT’s and a more fit for purpose and consistent selection framework for all roles across 8 contact centres nationally.
