Outstanding track record in transactional vendor due diligence, processes re-engineering, transactional banking and international cash management businesses, during my experience at PwC I have been involved in different projects from the main Spanish entities, related to:- Vendor Assistance on the sale of a Bank’s Recovery and Asset Management Platform: IT Due diligence and mapping, costs, processes re-engineering for acquirer.- Bidder assistance on a SAREB's tender (Management Company for Assets Arising from the Banking Sector Reorganisation) to choose its servicer.- Small and Medium Corporates business design: segmentation, product selection, distribution, credit process, HR, internal resources, etc.- Global Private Banking legal and regulatory requirements on product launching and suitability in different countries.- Efficient processes and organization definition.- Definition and implementation of a Financial Institution's new Debt Recovery system.- Definition and implementation of a international branches structure for a relevant Spanish Financial Institution.

As Corporate Banking Relationship Manager I'm in charge of developing relationships with Spanish Corporates which turnovers are over EUR 250m, identifying their banking needs through its CFO's and treasurers.Providing solutions, most of them taylor made ones, to cover such needs, is one of my main functions, complemented with the development of business proposals to be presented to Credit, Business and Capital allocation committees for its authorisation.Once proposals are authorised, it is also amongst my responsabilities to coordinate the different specialized teams involved in the execution of the transactions, as well as the management of the existing ones.In summary, my responsabilities are all those linked to the management of a corporate customers portfolio, both in the origination side of the new business, as well as in the management of the existing facilities and the day to day transactional needs of our customers.
