I am a software engineer at Kore.ai, a leading conversational AI platform that provides customized and intelligent solutions for various clients and industries. In this role, I collaborate with a team of experts to develop and maintain scalable and efficient code, using object-oriented programming, MySQL, and Git. I also contribute to the design and testing of new features and enhancements, following agile methodologies and best practices.Before joining Kore.ai, I completed a software engineer internship at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where I gained valuable experience in developing and integrating a web-based application for tracking and managing cargo shipments, using cloud platforms, APIs, and web frameworks. I graduated with a bachelor of technology degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur in May 2022. During my studies, I acquired multiple certifications in problem solving, C++, and algorithms from HackerRank and CutShort, demonstrating my proficiency and passion for coding and logic. I also participated in several hackathons and coding competitions, where I honed my skills and learned new technologies.I am a motivated and curious engineer who enjoys solving complex and challenging problems. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to apply them to real-world scenarios. I am also a team player who values collaboration, communication, and feedback. My goal is to create innovative and impactful AI solutions that can enhance the user experience and the business value of my clients.
