• As a Technical Recruiter, overseeing the entire cycle of recruitment like searching/sourcing potential candidates, short listing them in accordance with the clients’ current requirement from the various sources viz. database, referrals, job boards etc. • Well acquainted with different Tax-Terms to name W2, 1099, C2C (Corp to Corp), extensively worked on Contracting, Temp to Permanent positions and Permanent roles.• Understanding Job requirements as per Clients needs in terms of skills/ knowledge and expertise in specific area/domain./Industry. • Fetching resumes from pool of job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed and few Job Listing portals) and state job boards. • Screening, Short listing, scheduling interviews, interacting with clients/candidates, and follow-up with the candidates. • Customizing the resume as per companies Standard’s before Submitting/ Representing Candidate’s Profile to respective Client. • During ideal hours, built Database of Candidates from various sources pertaining to wide technologies, organize the same according to candidate’s expertise and interests.
