As a Windchill Administrator, my role encompasses overseeing the entire ecosystem of the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This entails managing user access, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation of the Windchill system is a key aspect of my responsibilities. Moreover, I provide user support, training, and documentation to empower employees with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Windchill for their respective roles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT, is essential to ensure seamless integration of Windchill with other systems and processes. By continuously evaluating and enhancing the functionality and usability of Windchill, I contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
