• I am working with an innovation team that identifies technology-enabled ideas & conducts research with industry experts. We gain insights on emerging technology and provide value for the business by improving client-&-employee experiences, revenue generation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.• Among many topics of research, I primarily focused on ‘NLP-enabled customer-&-market sentiment’ and ‘Nextgeneration document review, summary & generation’ using Microsoft Azure OpenAI’s GPT-3 models.• I also had an opportunity to work with SRE team on a small dashboard project. • I am working with an agile-team that manages a cash-back app named Ampli. I collaborate with a team of skilled software engineers to develop code in line with business initiatives, as well as troubleshoot, enhance, and document components, as per the requirements and detailed design.• Plan design/implementation activities, ensure technical solution quality, provide third-level support for various technologies, and drive technical platform evolution and improvements.• Used React Native, a component-based framework, & React JS, a JavaScript library, to facilitate optimized & well designed front-ends. And Backend are developed with Actionhero, a Node.js framework.• Conduct thorough unit testing, often developing and leveraging automated unit testing frameworks, and improve performance of single functions through performance tuning.

• Worked as an integral part of enterprise HashiCorp-Vault engineering team. Vault is a secret management tool designed to control access of sensitive credentials in a Zero-trust-paradigm. I worked closely with vendors to automate services, using backend tools like Springboot, that reduced the processing time from 5-days to 1-hour. On the other side, I also assist clients with technical aspects using Vault.• Worked with Cloud-team that implemented Agile-methodology to develop monitoring-tools, apps, make deployments (via OpenShift), configure DNS/GTM/LTM & host technical presentations.• Outside work, I was a part of a Leadership program where I assist a group of my fellow co-ops/interns with some general queries & team up with other squad-leads to host cross-squad events.
