I am the Founder of NCF Help, an educational consultancy firm dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning through the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). With a career in school education that began in 1979, I have continuously strived to push the boundaries of educational excellence. Since 2006, I have served as the Principal of Unison World School, Dehradun, a role that has allowed me to shape one of India’s leading educational institutions from its inception. My passion lies in developing educational environments that encourage interdisciplinary learning, foster critical thinking, and promote ethical leadership among students.As I embark on this new venture, I am also interested in serving on advisory boards or obtaining Board of Director positions with groups managing multiple schools.
