- Act as a contact person to Exchange and School programs in the organization- Timely Develop and Share plans for Exchange and School programs based on;i. Actnow Project document ii. YSEP Project document iii. And and other applications project documents - Plan and coordinate the selection of CHRISC Tanzania Volunteers going for Exchange programs - Plan and Coordinate KAO/Peer Educations trainings - Develop a Database of trained Peer educators, Exchange Participants - Constantly check and respond to communication on questions regarding CHRISC Tanzania and East Africa cup- Represent the Organization When requested in partners and donors meeting - Perform other duties and responsibilties as requested by the immediate supervisor

- Plan for and coordinate girls forums in collaboration with District coordinators- Work with District coordinators in establishing CHRISC Gatherings - Work with selected volunteers from all CHRISC districts in in developing media content by;a. Writing articles for CHRISC media including website, blog social media on a monthly basisb. Develop quarterly hard copy and e-newsletter for CHRISC activities c. Interview and write at least one case story per district capturing the benefit of CHRISC to the volunteers - Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by immediate supervisor and the international office.
