Head of the environmental education department. Biologist responsible for developing and applying environmental projects at schools. I've created and applied transdiciplinary projects, involving fields like science, art, storytelling, sociology, critical thought, deep ecology, self- knowledge, ecopsychology, literacy, nutrition, consumption, animal respect, and directly experiencing the nature. I've helped a snack bar owner to shift his omnivorous business into a vegan cafe. I was responsible for creating the menu, the recipes and cooking. I also gave many ideas for the business and now it is based in a larger more beautiful location and increased from 2 to 5 employees.

I used to cook salty and sweet cakes and pies on-demand and delivery. The promt-delivery menu also included sandwiches and hamburgers, cupcakes and alfajor.I've also created an educational printed material and gave vegan cuisine trainings to small groups.

I helped with animal handling, held assistance during the reintroduction of animals to natural environment and was an assistant on an environmental education program.

I researched Primates Behavioural Ecology.
