As a Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing operations both on the floor and behind the bar, with a particular focus on bar management. My main responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the team, ensuring that customer service is consistently of the highest quality.I work closely with the staff to ensure that all team members are aligned with operational standards, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. My role includes supervising daily bar activities, such as drink preparation and inventory control, always striving to maintain excellence in service.
