• Implementation of the Documentum xCP platform for Votorantim. Votorantim is one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Latin America, operating in various sectors such as finance, energy, steel, among others with a net revenue of R$31.9 billion in 2018. The objective of the project was to monitor the time spent at each stage of the financial process within the Cement Division, in order to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Responsible for all areas of the project, I delivered a high-quality solution within budget and according to schedule.

Brazil

• Design and implementation of the Cordys BOP4 platform for non-compliance processes in Embraer, wich is an aircraft manufacture company, with revenue of US$5.1 billion in 2018. The project objective was to standardise the communication between Embraer and its suppliers related to non-compliance parts, and fully integrate the non-compliance processes with SAP ECC. The integration involved modules FI/CO, QM and SD to obtain labour and products costs data and to create sales orders and invoices. I was responsible for the Quality Cost Recovery business processes. My responsibilities included designing, testing and implementing improved processes with buy-in from key stakeholders.• SAP implementation for a sewage company in the public sector. Responsible for process mapping and improvement, and for project risk assessment and risk management.• SAP CO and HR process modelling for a company in the utilities sector• Mapping of all strategic initiatives within the Exploration and Production in Deep Water Programme of Petrobras, one of world’s largest Oil & Gas companies. The Programme was strategic for the Brazilian Federal Government. I was responsible for business process modelling, facilitating decision-making meetings and for preparing the final document approved by Brazil’s Chief of Staff.Other projects in Petrobras:o Travel management process improvement with buy-in from stakeholders. Designed new travel policies, and established and monitored the KPIs to support better deals with airlines and hotels.o SAP implementation training management, defining student grading, organising training classes, and monitoring and reporting on execution.o Organised and facilitated the Procurement Department Strategic Meetings. Created and executed the plan to communicate down the decisions made in the annual meetings.• Responsible for the PMO Team in several projects, including project initiation and planning, definition and monitoring of KPIs, and risks and issues management
