Working in a team of 5 in the Dublin office of this multinational precious metal company I perform the following roles:• Processing orders for existing customers such as Boston Scientific, Merit Medical and Creganna.• Setting up new customer accounts, arranging credit limits & gaining references• keeping customers’ accounts up to date, including chasing for payments on outstanding invoices, sending invoices & statements• Goods inward inspection• Quoting customers – gaining quotes from our UK & US manufacturers and uplifting• Managing TAN (Trader Account Number) account for importation of goods• Liaising with suppliers and customers• Placing purchase orders• Covering goods out• Handling of expensive & hazardous stock • Running open order, stock replenishment & pivot table monthly reports• Looking after the stationary requirements & petty cash for the office.

Working within a team of 10 in the head office of this national company I performed the following roles.• Receiving up to 150 calls a day• Dealing with customer queries regarding deliveries and returns• Dealing with new and existing clients and orders• Keeping in close contact with the dispatch team regarding deliveries/availability• Sending out statements and arrears letters to customers• Phoning customers to confirm deliveries and pickups.
