- Leadership of a road logistics team and 3PL management, focused on continuous improvement, and management of +70 carriers, +1500 vehicles and +200 stores, with +80K deliveries/day; - Management of Logistics Planning for DCs and Warehouses, leading a team responsible for Transport governance across the entire chain in Brazil, from receipt of products to delivery to the customer and S&OP, in addition to operational synergies;- Management of third parties, direct purchases and Preparation of BID, RFQ and RFI for competition and contracts (Procurement and Sourcing), in addition to Development of new suppliers, seeking to strengthen long-term partnerships; - Coordination of last mile projects and process improvement, saving R$1.5M in a budget of R$170M; - Implementation and Definition of MVP of Revenue Attraction and Digital projects, such as Collection on the Azul Cargo Site and International ones, such as enabling an International Cargo Agent and multimodal transport (OTM), with savings of $2M/year;- Product Owner in the interaction of integration requirements between customer and IT and integrated management such as ERP and TMS;- Implementation of 2 fulfillment and Cross DOcking warehouses in SP, increasing capacity by 5x;- Experience with SOX in applying P2Pay and auditing procedures; - Participation in the construction of products on the Azul Cargo platform (collection on the website and marketplace), from Discoveries to mapping journeys and persona behavior, negotiation, and dialogue in areas ranging from legal, marketing, and IT;- Management with process tools such as 6 Sigma, Green Belt, Scrum, with OKRs and KPIs throughout the chain; and creating reports in BI and SQL for budget control and cost control with the FP&A team for freight audits; - Team and backlog management (lean inception, design sprint, value matrices, and product quality metrics) and branding in the implementation of the CIA's first electric fleets.

- Entry into the trainee program, with +25 thousand registered throughout Brazil, I was 1 of the 16 trainees in 2022. In addition to opening purchase requests and monitoring purchase orders through SAP- Saving of R$0.5M of OBZ with new modeled maintenance 4.0;- Procurement management of local suppliers and imports;

- Control of the general performance of the entire process of the PET bottle production line, and +7 operators;- Management of management, maintenance, people, quality and safety indicators.- Records for the P2 and P1 line, producing more than 1MM of product in one day in 2019;

Continuous process improvement projects;- Standardization of line processes, winning an award for best project of the year, as we used QRCode, to have processes at our fingertips;- Reduction of breakdowns from 5% to less than 1%;

- Responsible for negotiating, contracting and financial control of logistical services at the 5 plants in the Northeast: road transport of raw materials and finished and engineering products, sea freight in general, port operations, internal movement and dispatch;- Monitoring of Performance and management KPIs in the Northeast region;- Continuous SO&P Improvement Projects.

- Responsible for supporting the controller in financial and accounting control activities, helping with the preparation of financial reports, expense and revenue analysis, budget control and internal audit;- Functions: maintenance of accurate accounting records, support in the preparation of financial statements and the implementation of financial policies and procedures. - Support for professional valuation focuses on the evaluation of companies (diagnostics companies), assets and projects to determine their economic value. - Detailed analysis of balance sheets, financial projections, market and competition, in addition to the application of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples and comparative analysis, with the aim of providing an accurate estimate of the value of an asset to mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing and other strategic purposes.
