- Design of governmental platforms for social participation on public policies and events.- Design team leadership, being responsible for leading pairing work and negotiating solutions with stakeholders.- Teaching and mentoring less experienced designers.

- Design of the POC (proof of concept) of Arsenal Academy, a Brazilian B2B educational platform from discovery to delivery, passing through Lean Inception activities, product research, ideation, prototyping and support to developers. This project allowed the client to start testing their product with more than 60 real users of 3 different customers, gathering valuable insights that are already being analyzed and launched.- Creation of ArsenalDS, Arsenal Inovação's Design System. It allowed the design of Arsenal Academy's POC in just a couple of months, making it possible to present it to potential clients in a very short deadline.- UI Design for Bump, an American mobile app focused on internet network sharing in exchange for rewards from their partners. In this project, the whole User Profile screen and flow were redesigned, and a section for the scoreboard was created from scratch. For that to happen, there were many (synchronous and asynchronous) alignment conversations with a cross-functional and multinational team, as well as user interviews and presentation to the company's CEO.

- Research and design of a feature of user "reactions" and personalized content for a famous Brazilian entertainment mobile app with over 5 million downloads (only on Google Play), improving its rating on the store by 0,3 points;- Design of a management system and its Style Guide for a non-profit group focused on family farming, which was present (at that time) in 3 Brazilian states;- Design of a management system for a D2C delivery product released in Latin America and South Africa, allowing the administration of more than 40,000 couriers and increasing the company's profit by 35,7% - equivalent to US$ 2,84 billion - in comparison to the same period of the previous year.

A fully remote, 6 weeks long, global development program that included 1:1 coaching, daily skills sessions, on-going mentoring to introduce newly hired graduate technologists to the principles, practices and skills required to build working software. Learning objectives included: Requirements Analysis & Articulation, Business process analysis and management, Business vision to execution, Scope Management, Experiment design, Effective Communication, Collaboration, Business Value Articulation, Facilitation, Use and manage information responsibly, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Story Telling, Continuous Improvement, Drives to outcomes, Product vision and road-mapping.

Redesign of WiseFi, a system for the management of the Access Points of Intelbras, a Brazilian company focused on Safety, Networks, Communication and Energy, with over 150,000 selling points in Brazil and exportation to other countries of Latin America.

- Research and design of improvements for SIGAA and SIGAA Mobile, which are systems used by 70+ state and federal institutions network in Brazil;- Writing an article about some of these improvements, focusing on Information Design, Usability and Cognitive Ergonomics. This article was published in the 9th Information Design International Conference journal;- Design of UFRN's Governance Portal, allowing any user to have easy access to any information related to the University's management;- Design of Cosmos, a Design System for all of STI systems, helping to reduce both inconsistencies and the time spent on the interface design of new products, as well as to spread UI patterns culture at STI.
