Primary point of contact for workers' compensation injuries (including indemnity claims), accident investigations, maintaining OSHA Log, reporting injury rates and metrics to multiple business units, as well as corporate safety. Management of the PPE Program, coordinating and presenting safety training, planning and executing annual emergency preparedness drills.

Provided first tier customer service as point of contact interfacing customers on a day to day basis-- Established and maintained member and dealer relationships, collected and reviewed required loan stipulations and ensured all funding packages were in accordance with credit union policies and DMV regulations.
