Job Description Perform activities related to security events (i.e. Asset Services) including event capture, pre/post reconciliation, revisions of communications, external and internal client enquiries and client instruction handlingEnsure timely and accurate collection, validation and notification of market information on corporate actions and income paymentsReconcile cash or securities discrepancies in a timely mannerAssists and provides coverage of team members during periods of high work volume and performs all other job duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:Assist customer account transactions by cash deposit, credit card loan payments, encash checks and issuing savings withdrawals and cashier’s order. Answers queries in person or through telephone and refers customers to other bank services as necessaryRecords transactions by logging cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and other special services, preparing currency transaction reportsCross-sells bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customer needs, and directing customers to a branch representative.Completes special requests by closing accounts, exchanging foreign currencies, providing special statements, copies, and referralsReconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coins.Reconciles credit cards loan and other transactions.Maintains supply of cash and currency and turns in excess cash and mutilated currency to head tellerComplies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions
