(Temporary Position) I received my Pre license in National Mortgage License with capstone institute and will be taking my (NMLS) to become a mortgage loan officer to work in reverse mortgage. I am updated on Mortgage knowledge the secure and fair enforcement mortgage licensing act known as the safe act. I am registered with my unique identifier. This was a training inside of becoming NMLS Loan originator.

(Temporary contract position)Georgia legal , Judgement account's, collecting on 1st party past to due loans on all products and services. File claims with court system to bring accounts current, skip tracing, Make approximately 100 to 130 calls daily on dialer system as well as manual dialing. I worked as a paralegal collector driving revenue, worked wit garnishment department daily, court system. I managed approximately 1200 to 2000 files with a dollar amount of approximately up to 100 million or more, up to 90 days or more past due. I worked home loans, bank cards, business to business accounts, consumer finance, car loans and many other products and services following federal and stated guidelines, following deadlines to getting accounts current.

(Contract position) I worked as team lead cleaning up past due home loans for our client bank of america, audit files as well as collectors to ensure company and client policy.

Mortgage Colletor on past due mortgages up to 5years past due. I assisted customers with home loans from Wells Fargo, Bank Of America, Citimortgage with Payment Plans, Short sales, Deed in Lieu of foreclosures. I worked with the lossmitigation Department closely as a point of contact to ensure all documents was recieved and imaged to assist the customer in completing their files to accomplish meeting the requirements of Fannie Mae to assist in a program to meet their needs. I worked with customer service daily and utilize the dialer system to drive collection production. I was rewarded with contests monthly in exceeding 100% of goal until my departure.Collecting on 1st party pastdue mortgage. The overall goals is to get the customer back to paying status. Working short sales and modifications. I work to help customers in hardest hit states to find best solution in maintaing their property, working to prevent foreclosure. I also help home owners getting back on track with paying as agreed. I follow loss mitigation to complete work up package until loan has workable solution.

Operations manager, call center, managed a team of 25 to 30 collectors, exceeded monthly goal, worked with bank America loans, credit cards, mortgages, chex system, GE financial, monitored QA to follow FDCPA guidelines and state laws according to the client standards. Conduct weekly audits and calibration with clients.
