Responsible for managing relationships amoung internal business, internal technology, and external supplier/vendor partners. Serve as subject matter expert liaison between the business partners and technical staff in order to provide integrated technical solutions across multiple platforms. Drive compliance, automation, and process adoption to ensure quality and efficiency gains are realized. Directly manage FTE and vendor resources, providing performance feedback, mentoring, coaching and leadership to ensure the team is equipped to deliver complex, global utilities in support of GBS. Provide consultancy to AET internal and external partners throughout the development delivery lifecycle, including leading efforts to evaluate emerging technology trends as they relate to AXP business goals and strategies. Manage financials for projects as well as vendor contracts for vendor partners and 3rd party software providers. Coordinate LRP planning across GSM, Financial Operations and Analytics Technology. Partner with SDM and BSM support teams to effectively transition application changes, enhancement, and new functionality such that GSM customers have a positive, end to end experience.
