Quality engineering is my passion and profession. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese Canadian University, and I have been working as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Taxfix . I lead the Quality Engineering platform team, which is responsible for defining and implementing a modern testing and quality culture across the organization. I create and execute strategic plans, roadmaps, and work-packages for the team, based on research, analysis, and feedback. I also design and develop automation frameworks for mobile and web applications, using tools such as Detox, Selenium, and Cypress. I monitor and improve product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, using data and metrics. Additionally, I mentor and train team members on quality engineering best practices and processes, and foster collaboration and communication across departments. My goal is to continuously improve the software development process, reduce defects, and deliver products that meet and exceed customer expectations. I believe in creating a seamless developer experience and a customer-centric approach, by aligning quality engineering processes, testing strategies, and methodologies with modern industry standards. I am always eager to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques that can enhance my skills and knowledge as a quality engineering leader.
