Position: Quality AnalystActivities: Control of Quality Indicators (PIQ and PPM);- Management of Warranty Systems (SCP), Parts Qualification (MAPS) and Claims (SQP): Analysis / testing of parts, Warranty reports, assembly / sending of books benestares, creation of Quality Alerts and management of the team in root cause analysis;- Execution of continuous improvement works and member of the WO pillar (WCM).Position: Quality TraineeActivities: Implementation of the Management System in the production lines and Requirements of the Automotive Quality Management System / IATF 16949: 2016;- Scrap management project and support of the productive areas in the training of quality tools (5W2H, 5 PORQUES, 4M1D).Position: Continuous Improvement TraineeActivities: Analysis and balancing the production cycle times; Creation and updating of Standard Works; Implementation of the WO (Workstation Organization) and AM (Autonomous Maintenance) pillars in the production lines and Standard of frameworks.
