CurrentSUMMARY: A UC Berkeley dual degree graduate with 12 years’ experience supporting quality management activities in Contra Costa Health Services, Behavioral Health Division. Some of my greatest accomplishments include developing implementing and evaluating the Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Plan, developing, supporting and championing processes for outcome measures for both the children and adult system of care, and identifying and evaluating areas for performance improvement projects.• Chair, facilitate and develop the agendas for the Quality Improvement Committee based on the goals of the Quality Improvement Plan. Evaluate yearly the results of the Quality Improvement Plan to meet Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requirements and quality improvement recommendations.• Champion performance improvement projects by identifying, exploring and analyzing key areas of improvement in our system of care, identifying local data, establishing interventions, developing metrics and removing barriers.• Communicate, collaborate with staff, plan, prepare, track, review and submit reporting and other documentation for annual EQRO and DHCS triennial reviews. Prepare and respond to corrective action plans and work internally with staff to furnish the evidence within deadlines.• Serve on the CalAIM Steering committee as a Co-Chair of the Policy and Communications teams• Champion the establishment and ongoing development of outcome measures and evidence based practices in the child and adult systems of care• Conduct all hiring, and evaluation reviews of Quality Improvement/Assurance staff, onboarding & meeting regularly with staff, prioritizing projects
