Current- Manage all aspects of assigned master dealer and national retail relationships throughout the United States, comprised of over 3,500 points of distribution.- Responsible for a $150 million yearly revenue target in the U.S.- National retail and master distributors include 7-Eleven, Walmart, Target, Amazon and Family Dollar.- Grow brand awareness by increasing market penetration with customer-focused approach.- Achieve assigned regional and master dealer sales targets.-… Show more - Manage all aspects of assigned master dealer and national retail relationships throughout the United States, comprised of over 3,500 points of distribution.- Responsible for a $150 million yearly revenue target in the U.S.- National retail and master distributors include 7-Eleven, Walmart, Target, Amazon and Family Dollar.- Grow brand awareness by increasing market penetration with customer-focused approach.- Achieve assigned regional and master dealer sales targets.- Review sales, churn and other KPI data with master dealer principals to grow and improve quality of business.- Strategically reassign low-producing retailers to other master dealers based on monthly sales data from retailer store registry to improve/maximize retailer productivity.- Building relationships with owners, ensuring marketing collateral is properly displayed and retail personnel are adequately trained to sell our product. - Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with master dealer staff on new promotions, products and procedures. - Identify fraudulent retailer operations and work to remedy or terminate, if needed. - Contract negotiation/management, national project implementation, business planning and forecasting for the wholesale and national retail channels.
