I have over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning health, retail, and financial markets, where I have participated in and delivered large-scale projects and implementations.I am passionate about leadership, people, technology, and innovation, and how they can transform and improve the lives of people and processes within an organization. I have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams and leaders, as well as fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the technology field. I am currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education, as well as other courses and programs that enhance my knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence, data science, and entrepreneurship.
