• Understanding the recruitment strategy for each requirement and select the suitable channel of recruitment.• Handling recruitment across all the Industrial levels IT , NON IT.• Working on various job portals to source candidates like, Naukri ,Times etc.• Mass mailing and Posting.• Used different social networking sites for sourcing profiles like Linkedin, Face book, Google etc...• Sourcing profiles from Internal database.• Regular interaction with the technical team of client to understand the feedback of each candidate and thereby improving the screening.• Review applications and conduct the initial round of Screening to check fitment and provide the necessary information about the job.• Coordinating between the client and the candidate with constant follow-ups on-going recruitment process and for new requirements.• Interacting with the candidates, giving them a brief about the position, roles and responsibility, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment. • Schedule interviews (telephonic and face to face), follow-up to ensure interviews happen.• Following up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issues such as Compensation review, relocation, and onsite travel etc.• Post offer follow-up to sustain the interest to ensure the offered candidate joins.• Preparing and maintenance and updating the Database on daily basis.• Negotiating salary with candidates and managing their expectation in sync with the client.
