Our approach involves investing time with our clients to really understand what they want to do and then to find the right insurance products to meet their particular needs. This means that we establish long lasting relationships with our clients and tailor the insurance they purchase as their needs change.Currently work in the Wholesale Department, dealing with all new business referral's from our sub-brokers. The department started only two years ago and has already shown substantial growth, with strong relationships formed with many large sub-brokers around the London area.

In this motor run-off business, responsible for investigating caseload due to concerns regarding personal injury claims being submitted.

This role included investigating potentially fraudulent insurance claims in motor theft, accidents and arson. My role was to investigate possible staged accidents as well as insurance policies and report back to our client insurers.
