• Billing: Experience with knowledge of prevailing tax structure and working drawings, WO/PO general & special contract condition interpretation & compliance, MM & material reconciliation awareness with statutory billing compliance, Debit/Credit process and techno-commercial impact on project, BOQ tender specification and drawing billing compliance. • Tendering: E-procurement, Tender documentation, Tender bidding, detail tender analysis to determine project feasibility• Estimating-Costing: Market survey, Rate analysis, Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
