- Create, curate and design various communications for Senior Leadership, Partners and Directors- Take part in creating communication strategies for the Consulting teams and senior leadership- Work directly with Senior leadership and Directors for all deliverables- Develop and manage the technical infrastructure required to run a global program (including - Newsletters, Email Communication templates, Excel trackers, meeting trackers, Analysis reports, Distribution lists, etc.)- Running various initiatives (E.g. Client Story program, Talent Appreciation Week, Global - Commendation program) aligning to the organizations strategic priorities- Working across Human Resource areas of Sourcing, Onboarding, Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, Learning & Development

- Create and maintain various intranet sites for Deloitte practitioners- Project management – Lead projects, co-ordinate and communicate with the extended team and customers on various work deliverable- Re brand sites in accordance to Deloitte branding- Creating internal Newsletters and communications for the team and all stakeholders Site revamp to change layouts, colors, placement of content, look and feel of the pages as per customer needs- Present wireframes and User Interface to stakeholders- Site audit and search optimization- Create site maps, prototypes, data analysis and site health reports- Migrate content among different platforms- Training and on-boarding new hires/stakeholders on HTML and SharePoint

- POC for Senior Leadership, Partners and Directors for CPA Learning- Creating Courses and Offerings for CPA’s as per delivery modes (Virtual or Live)- Assembling all the compliance related training documents (Time stamped emails, Presenter details, Technical Advisor)- Creating internal communications and reports for USI leadership and US stakeholders- Producing Virtual Training sessions- Analyzing and providing Learning credits - Identifying & managing the training needs and learning curriculum- Feedback and evaluation- Handling administrative and operational functions- On-Boarding new hires- Connect with the new hires and guide them through the transition from campus to corporate
