Oversee the Department of Film & Photography of promotional and pitch-based content from concept to delivery. Handling vendors and sorting out any issues or conflicts that may arise. Finalize vendor contract principles and monitoring the buying function. Making actual budget for the project, approving the project budget and negotiating with the vendor. Analyzing and evaluating business initiatives for financial viability.

Supervised the entire production team members including artist. Responsible for all financial aspects associated with program, including developing budgets and ensuring proper revenue. Dealing with channels and creative team members. Manage program resources (schedule, and internal/external staffing) and provide budget and allocation recommendations to HOD of the production house.
