• New Product development & conceptual design• Creating 3D models and do piping for parts and assemblies using Solid Edge V20 for the Pneumatic Valves especially for ANSI. ISO Valves for various port sizes.• Detailing and checking the generated model with proper GD&T in ANSI style.• Handling of project based valves, with Ross US, Project engineers for the modeling of intricacy parts as per their requirements.• Documenting with PDM/PLM with Solid Edge Insight PDM system using Share point.• Handling of Ross India Projects for the Design of Pneumatic Systems, which is to be designed with, optimized routings of piping and compatibility.

• Creating 3D models of parts and assemblies using various 3D cad software's for special projects.• Giving training on various 3D modeling softwares.

• Creating 3D models for parts and assemblies and make drafting using Pro-E wildfire 2.0 software for projects.• Calculate the theoretical weight of the product after making a 3D model.• Prepare layouts and templates for various customers.
