I am employed as CEO at Crepido AB. Crepido is a software development company, established 1997 with offices in Göteborg, Växjö and Skövde. As an engagement manager I lead the SAP delivery of Care by Volvo at Volvo Cars. Care by Volvo is a subscription business, considered as a disruption in automobile world. We work in Scaled Agile framework and have 4 Devops teams i S4 Hana - Finance, Logistics, Test and Intergation. I was part of sales, transition, delivery and market rollouts.Prior to this program I have managed transition of SAP Success Factors as engagement Manager and have lead CRM systems at Volvo Cars as Service Delivery Manager. CRM system is supported by CDB operating in 20+ countries having integations with 80+ applications within Volvo Cars.

While working at Acando I have been leading the team at Volvo Group Merchandise . We had delivery and service responsibility of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems. Prior to it I have been leading the team for Microsoft Dynamics implementation at Volkswagen Europcar, based in Stockholm.

Esoft systems are largest supplier of images to Hemnet. We used to work as subcontractors towards all real estate companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. I was responsible for process optimization at an organizational level. The key deliverable were to streamline everyday business, implement a way of working, reduce call volume of the support team.I implemented an agile way of working at enterprise level. We implemented Kanban and brought in Jira and Confluence into practice. We also got rid of our home grown customer databases, implemented Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.

While being a student I registered and drove my own consulting business partnering with one of the Chalmers Innovation companies - Mezmerize-e , whose aim was to make e-commerce more personal using AI and Machine learning. My work was recognized and I received requests to work as an outsourcing manager from a few more companies. Most of my customers were new entrepreneurs and introduced me to their friends who had more projects related to e-commerce and design. During the period I ended up working for many customers from different parts of Sweden, some of them big names now in retail - Jollyroom, Lekmer, Nelly, Rut&CircleIn 2013 I setup an office at IT hub of Kolkata in India and employed experienced developers in Magento and iOs. My work included establishing partnerships, obtaining necessary clearances, set up of office space, recruitment, managing delivery and handling customer accounts. I managed it for a year after which I handed over the operations to the investor company in Borås. It was a very positive educative and enriching experience both professionally and personally.

Mezmerize-e AB, is a e-commerce product company. A part of 'Chalmers Innovation' business incubator, Göteborg. My job at Mezmerize-e was to analyze the requirement of online shoppers and to revamp the User Interface for their unique 'social' shopping cart tool - DragDropShopTM.
