Significantly involved in recruiting personnel’s, securing clients like MSD, JB Chemicals and IPCA and achieving a break even after ten months of operations.

 Launched three new brands within six months to enhance the infertility portfolio and also devised a marketing plan to initiate the promotion of the infertility drugs to general gynaecologists.  Recognised the needs & initiated the first recognized infertility training course by setting up the Institute of Fertility Training at Kolkata.  Oversaw the key account management of infertility clinics at Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West-Bengal including Kolkata, North-East states and Orissa as a product specialist.  Efficiently & effectively established a drug for infertility treatment with only two percent increased success at four times the cost of normal treatment protocols available at that time.
